We have made getting pre-approval for your purchase easy. Just click on CREDIT
APPLICATION and print. It
might not look exactly right on the screen but it should
print out correctly.
Completing this
application prior to your band program will expedite the
process of getting an instrument to your child.
You can take the completed application to your school
band program, take it to your local Mississippi Music Store,
mail it to the address below or fax it to (601) 544-5841. You can also scan and e-mail it to:

with your schools name in the subject field.
